Overview
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file (such as an SVG File, PNG File, or Embroidery file) has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully and ensure compatibility with their software and machines before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Downloadable digital products (SVG File, PNG File, Embroidery files, etc.)
- Gift cards or store credit
- Custom or personalized digital designs
Exceptions
We will only consider refund requests in the following rare cases:
- You purchased the same item multiple times accidentally (please contact us within 24 hours).
- The file is corrupted or not working, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
To be eligible, you must:
- Provide proof of purchase (Order ID and email used at checkout)
- Describe the issue clearly and provide screenshots if applicable
